Are you happy to be captured in photos and videos?

During the festival we want to capture photos and film to promote the festival in future years. This content would be used in promotional material, across our social media channels, and for providing to press and partners for specific reference to this event.

Are you happy to feature in these images? If not, we will provide you with a "No photos badge" upon arrival and we will do our best to avoid capturing you at all, and will delete images of you if these are accidentally taken.

The BMC recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

The data collected in this booking form will be used by Climbout for the purpose of organising the festival this year and possible future iterations. Please confirm you accept ClimbOut's refund policy

Ticket refunds can only be made two months before the festival (22nd March 2026) by visiting https://climbout.org/refunds. All refunds will be less the processing fees charged by our payment provider (stripe). If you are no longer able to attend but have found someone who is able to attend in your place then please contact us no later than 1st May 2026.*

* If booked onto one or more courses, the replacement attendee must meet the criteria to be able to attend the course(s). The ability to change course selection when transferring a ticket will depend on availability.

Are you bringing someone under 18?

Under 18s are an important part of the community and are very welcome at ClimbOut. They must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian at all times for insurance and safeguarding purposes.

Please select your preferred accommodation when booking. If you select the bunkhouse option we will be in touch to discuss the best arrangements for you and your child. Please check the age requirements for courses as some have lower age limits.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian (parent/legal guardian will only be observing and will not have to purchase a course space) when attending any course or organised activity.

By selecting yes, I agree to supervise the under 18s I am bringing at all times.
